Description
The 3D letter System includes the dentations strip punch, flanging machine, metal sheet cutter and folder.
1. Punching machine
Punching machine is for solid character dentations strip frame punch. Driven by pneumatic system, the machine brings efficiency to this manual work before. It is convenient for inside operation as it is light enough to be taken with.
2. Dentations Strip Punch
This is for solid character dentations strip frame punch. Driven by pneumatic system, the machine brings efficiency to this manual work before. It is convenient for inside operation as it is light enough to be taken with.
3. Folder
The folder is designed to be a simple handy tool, special for dentations strip banding. Refer to angle marks in the folder; certain degree or radian can be achieved easily and accurately. Should work together with Dentations Strip Punch.
4. Flanging Machine
Using a special flanging structure, the machine could band metal sheet in big range of thickness and width. Work together with Dentations Strip Punch & Folder, a complete product line for solid character processing system has been set up.
